Litigation Funding

«Litigation funding» is the financing of the dispute, with payment due only to a favorable outcome for the client: as law firm, we carry out a prior analysis of each case on behalf of specialized companies who, upon the outcome, decide whether and how to finance litigation.

For businesses who are not able to deal with particularly demanding legal disputes, it is often the ideal solution, because it allows a better window-dressing of the financial statements, releasing them from accruals and reserves that penalize the rating of the company.

Normally, national litigations are also subject to assessment, provided they are of significant and complex nature.
